From the streets to the C-suites, Kareem is not settling for his own success. He has applied his entrepreneurial skills learned on the streets of the west side of Chicago to build the K.W.O.E Group. The brand portfolio includes Flow Entertainment, the K.W.O.E. Foundation, K.W.O.E Stories and K.W.O.E The Artist. Kareem has channeled his passion for music and positive messages through his work as an artist with Level Next Music. Kareem sees countless “Kareems” in his old neighborhood and throughout Chicago: excellence, innovation and talent being diverted to tragedy for lack of resources, opportunities, and chances. It was the care, support and belief of a few special individuals coupled with Kareem’s own resilience, hope and determination for success that fostered a new life story. With a grateful heart, Kareem started his 501C3, K.W.O.E. Foundation. He gives his time, life lessons and financial support to charitable causes and organizations throughout the city.

The K.W.O.E. Foundation utilizes music & motivational speaking to instill hope, teach life skills and generate opportunities to help today’s youth make productive life choices and succeed. Giving kids opportunities to learn the skills needed to make these positive choices, and to see themselves as worthy of living life with inner confidence and outer kindness, is K.W.O.E.’s life’s work.
